In this work, we present two experimental devices dedicated to double stream gas cluster target and aerosol target in a vacuum, dedicated to laser-matter experiments. The first device is based on a specially developed double gas electromagnetic valve system, thermoelectric cooler baser on two Peltier modules and copper water chiller and an electronic controller. This device can produce gas cluster target from selected atomic and molecular gases, i.e. xenon, sulfur hexafluoride. The second device is developed for production aerosol injected into a vacuum region. The aerosol is produced inside a specially developed electromagnetic valve by an ultrasonic transducer and after that, the aerosol is impulsively injected into a vacuum chamber. Details about those two devices will be presented and discussed. Presented experimental devices, in comparison to actually used devices in many laboratories in the world, do not require a cryogenic cooler and supersonic nozzle.
