Universal Measurement System with Web Interface (UMSWI) is presented in this paper. This is an autonomous,
universal acquisition system which required development of flexible and easily extensible control. The choice of
technologies, their flexibility, respect of limited resources and simplicity were the main consideration during design and
development. Example implementation of oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer Web Graphic User Interface (WGUI) and
Measurement Interface (ME) are described in details.
