Fiber optics , Fiber lasers and amplifiers , Programming
Profile Summary

I am qualified specialist in fiber optics with 20 years of experience. Since graduating from Moscow Physical and Technical Institute in 1983, my research involved different aspects of fiber and integrated optics.
I have profound physical background and an extensive experimental practice, basic knowledge of electronics and several programming languages (including Delphi and C++).
I fulfilled computer simulations of fiber lasers, Raman lasers and calculations of Raman amplifiers and EDFA’s parameters and characteristics of fiber Bragg and long-period gratings.
I developed many types of Raman and fiber lasers, fiber MOPAs and nonlinear frequency conversion stages from computer simulation to final assembling and GUI writing.
I have experience in creating of automatic systems for physical measurements and production and developing of interface software for them. I am familiar with ARM and AVR types of micro processors and software for creation embedded code.
