Dr. Yan Liu is a research associate in Prof. Donald Miller's group at Indiana University. Before that, he was a postdoc in Prof. Changhuei Yang's group at California Institute of Technology (Caltech). Yan received his Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering at Washington University, under the mentorship of Prof. Lihong V. Wang (now a professor at Caltech). He obtained his Bachelor's degree at Tsinghua University. Yan has done research in adaptive optics OCT, wavefront shaping, photoacoustic imaging, ultrasound-modulated optical tomography and fluorescence imaging.
