Abstract
Based on the small-scale test of the air-dense medium vibrating fluidized bed, the semi-industrial test of the dry separator was carried out, and the influence of factors such as air volume, coal particle size, processing capacity, and coal optionality on the sorting effect of the air-dense medium vibrating fluidized bed pilot-scale separator was studied .The results show that: with the increase of air volume, the EP value shows a decreasing trend, and the sorting effect becomes better, when the air volume reaches 600 m3/h, the EP value is the smallest, which is 0.05 g/cm3, and the sorting accuracy is the highest at this time, if the air volume is further increased, the sorting effect would deteriorate ;the separator can effectively sort non-stick coal with a particle size range of 80-6 mm, as the particle size of the material increases, the sorting effect becomes better ;the maximum unit capacity of the equipment for non-stick coal is 7 t/h m2, when the unit processing capacity is 8 t/h m2, it is difficult for the material to be effectively sorted ;the separation effect of the new dry separation equipment for non-stick coal is better than that of No. 2 lignite.
